based on AppGameKit V2019.09.10
add - physics force when a blast is just occurred if physics is set to simulated
add - switch back to previous menu by keyboard Esc key and Android Back key in garage menu and round setup menu
change - first run message to mention there are builds available for Android™, Linux® and Windows®
fix - can't switch to next or previous menu from garage menu by pointer clicking until pointing on any other button first
